Cancer and Low immunity system

I am being treated for cancer. I am in isolation. I am receiving chemo and radiation. My immune system is low..My friend is in Germany in the service. When she comes home can we be in contact with each other.

What type of Cancer do you have? You will have to be very cautious around others.
While I rec'd Chemo and radiation people had to wear a mask around me and I only travelled back and forth to the hospital and spent most of the time home with my wife.
I had the odd visitor, but again they had to wear a mask. My wife even set up a bottle of special soap so people could wash their hands. I would suggest you ask the nurse or doctor about your friend over seas. Best of Luck to you, and God Bless.

My boyfrined has been having CT, PET, and breathing tests for cancer and a biopsy of a tumor between his lung and heart and it came up as malignant.  He is now going to have another CT for possible pancreatic cancer since the lymph nodes showed up questionable but nothing really apparent in the pancreas area.  He had come down with pnemonia (pneumonia) which started this examination and I wondered if that might be left over from that and a cold he got after that also.  His pnemonia (pneumonia) symptoms were cleared with couse of Biaxin.  We were wondering if you had any suggestions or experience with something like this.  Thanks for you help
