A clinical examination is very important for determining the exact cause of your symptoms. The possible causes of this lump are scalp pimples, sebaceous cyst, dermoid cyst etc. When hair follicle becomes inflamed it can cause a pimple on the scalp. Small lump on back can again be due to pimple, boil or a cyst. Unusual lumps anywhere in the body should be checked to rule out malignancy. Treatment will be depend on the underlying cause. Seek the opinion of a primary care physician. Keep me posted.
Best luck and take care!
