I was sent to the ENT doc who looked at my throat (via the nose-real fun) and saw nothing unusual. At the same time I am experiencing bouts of pain in the jaw and side of face which the node is one. The most unusual symptom is the top of my head (same side) is sensitive to the touch (pain) and at time simply hurts. Not a headace but one side..
I also had what I thought was poisen ivy but informed it was shingles, though I am doubtful as it presented on the other side of my face (small bumps).
Could any of this be cancer related? I know it is a jump but the mood of my Dr after the ultrasound has suddenly become much more serious in nature. Could be nothing..but any ideas? Thanks for your help
