Chest x-ray post-Melanoma & hyalinized calcified lymph node?

I'm 27 and had a spot of Melanoma removed a year and a half ago.  I just went back to the derm for my regular check up and he asked me to get another follow up chest x-ray (had one a year prior for a base line reading).  I just called for my results and he said it was fine, but the radiologist mentioned a hyalinized calcified lymph node.  But the derm said he wasn't sure why the radiologist mentioned it and that it was nothing to be concerned about.

What does this mean?  Why would they note it if it isn't a concern?  Am I just being overly cautious?  I thought if the derm ordered it, I had to get my results through him.  But maybe i can call the radiology center directly?

Thanks for reading!
