Colon or testicular cancer?

First let me say I am a nurse, and I have had blood work done and my CBC and CMP have come back completely normal. And I do have a doctors appointment with an internist scheduled for the 28th. I have had this pressure in my lower right abdomen about 4 inches down and 4 inches to the right of my umbilicus. It sometimes has pain but not often, and sometimes the pressure is there and sometimes it is not. It will often radiate to my left and right testicle as well, again, none of this is constant, only intermittent. The pressure in the abdomen I feel almost every day, not every second of every day, just sometimes throughout, the pain is very rare, as well as the radiating to my testicles. I have been to my regular doctor whom suggested it might be gas or anxiety as she felt no palbaple masses. However, I have had gas pain and pressure before and this is not it, and I am not an anxious person, so I have since changed doctors. Does any of this suggest cancer to you? Any other ideas of what it might be?

Hmmm, doesn't sound like any colon or testicular cancer to me especially since the CBC and CMP are clearing ok.  I am NOT saying it isn't cancer but I doubt it.

You definitely need to be getting imaging done  and possibly more specific labs drawn ASAP.

I'm not sure how much this will help but my grandma has colon cancer. It grew for about 5 years + before the doctors saw it in a colonoscopy. Apparently she had blood in her stools for several years prior and I know that for up to 10 years she had issue with dairy and if she ate anything that made her bloat or constipated it would cause PAINFUL gas. She also would have horrible bm's on a regular basis. Now that was just her experience with it and you probably still want to have a colonoscopy but personally it doesn't sound like some of the things I know she's delt with.

The only other things I can think of are kidneys/ tubal issues between the urinary and the reproductive systems, but it sounds a little too low for kidneys. Maybe try adding stress- full bladder, erection see if they make any difference to how they feel? Any possibility of kidney stones?
