Constant dizzyness

I've recently been getting this constant dizzy feeling daily.  Regardless of time of day, standing sitting.  No headaches, no vomiting or any other pain.  Just this subtle dizzy feeling that doesn't go away.  I feel cloudy and dizzy, its hard to concentrate on anything.  But yet I can still do my job.  Its been going on for a few weeks now.

Any ideas?

Hi,
How are you? What other symptoms are present? Dizziness may be associated with ear issues such as vertigo or when the brain does not get enough blood which may be found when there is a sudden drop in blood pressure, dehydration, low blood sugar, allergies or with infection. Sometimes. medication side effect and organic issues of the brain may also be responsible. If it persists, it is best that you have this checked by your doctor for proper evaluation.  A referral to an ENT may also help rule out vertigo and other ear issues. Take care and do keep us posted.

Hello,
Without a complete evaluation I may not be able to determine the exact cause of your symptoms. Few common causes of dizziness are inflammation in the inner ear, benign paroxysmal vertigo, vestibular migraine,Meniere’s disease, acoustic neuroma etc.Blood pressure fluctuations, cardiomyopthies, hypoglycaemia, anemia are other possibilities. A clinical examination and tests in a vestibular and balance laboratory may be needed to test equilibrium and balance.MRI brain may be done for ruling out acoustic neuroma.See a doctor as soon as possible. Keep me posted.
Best wishes and take care!
