Deviations in the Blood test results

Dear Sir/Madam,

I recently received my blood test results, and I have problem to understand the meaning of the results.
The abnormalities are in:
-The % of LYM is higher 47.1 form the range of (22-35).
- The % of GRA is lower - 47.0 form the range of (58-68).
- The MON is lower - 0.2 L -  form the range of (0.3-0.8).

What thus this mean??

Also because I am anemic, my HGB is low - 9.7 (form the range of (12-18)), the HCT is 27.3 % (form the range of (35-54)), MCV -61 (form the range of (80-97)), MCH - 21.7 (form the range of (26.5-33.5)).

I am worried, can you help me and explain the possible indications?
Thank you very much in advance.
