Disorientation

I have been having weird experiences for a couple weeks now where I drive over curbs or into them.  Mind you, it's not like I miss the curb all the way, it's some type of misjudgement.  But tonight I had an experience that terrified me.

I have parked my car in the same garage at work for ten years.  Tonight I went to find my car and when I entered the garage it was like I didn't recognize the garage.  The disorientation was so strong that I actually went to the other garage despite my logic telling me that I knew I was in the right garage.  Only when I went to the other garage was I confident that I earlier I was in the right garage to where I returned.  When I got there, I checked both sides (there are two doors exiting to either side of the garage), the first being instinctually the wrong one.  Then I went to the side that I know I park on and I just couldn't find my car at first.  After a bit of searching I found it where I parked it earlier in the day.

In addition to these strange experiences, I have had a few episodes of dizziness where I don't fall or anything, but I do stop and give myself a moment.  This morning after arriving at work, the spell was significant enough to make me stop everything and stretch for awhile - something I have not done before. On top of all this my emotions have been odd, over reacting to issues that have been in play for a long time.

Obviously, I am concerned and I am fearing something like a tumor because all symptoms are things my brain is misfiring on.  Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
