Do i need help?

i need to know if i am in Trouble, and seeing a doctor live right now is not a financial possibility for me, if this is SERIOUS i will look for help from county health, Please Help Me to decide, at least one year for these symptoms

do i have oesophagus and/or stomach cancer, symtoms (symptoms) are . pain when swallowing in the area of my diaphram, chest pain in the middle of my shoulder blades, feel full pretty much right away, but am over weight, 20 lbs,liquids help me to swallow food, I AM GETTING SCARED..........

it could be gerd....acid reflux. try taking otc like prilosec and see if that helps. this suggestion is NOT to replace seeing a dr, but my help ease your discomfort!
