Do you think this is lymphoma?

Hi I am a 16 year old male. 8 days a go I discovered two very small (<1cm) painless bumps under my jaw that are not attached to the skin. After looking on the internet I found that they are swollen lymph nodes. They are both movable although one is easier to move than the other. I have a blocked sinus, sore throat and severe acne at the moment. The next day I went to the doctors and the first doctor told me it was just a result of having a sinus infection. He didn't bother to feel the nodes. He prescribed me with some Amoxicillin 500mg capsules and Xylometazoline (Otrivin) nasal spray. Two days later I was still worrying as the nodes were still there so I went to see a different doctor. This time the doctor felt the nodes. He said because I have severe acne and sinus infection they will cause the lymph nodes to swell up. He prescribed me with Erythromycin 400mg tablets and Alanase 100 nasal spray (Beclometasone Dipropionate) for sinus infection and told me to see a dermatologist about my acne and get a blood test done because he said you need a blood test before you can be put on to the acne medication that only the dermatologist can prescribe. He told me to stop taking the Amoxicillin and Xylometazoline. Two days later the results came back for the blood test came back with normal complete blood count, and normal liver function. So the day later went to see my dermatologist about my acne and he said since my blood test was all clear he would prescribe me to Isotretinoin. He said to only start taking the Isotretinoin once I have finished my Erythoromycin. He also felt the nodes (he is a GP as well) and said the same thing as what the second doctor said - that the nodes were caused by acne and sinus infection. I felt a bit relieved when he said that that it was caused by acne. I haven't started taking the Isotretinoin yet (still taking Erythoromycin) but I said to myself when I start taking the Isotretinoin and my acne starts to clear give it 2 weeks and if those swollen lymph nodes are still there go for a lymph node biopsy. Do you think that the swollen lymph nodes were caused by acne and sinus infection and do you agree that I should go for a biopsy if the acne medication doesn't make the lymph nodes go away? I am really scared at the moment and am afraid that the nodes might be Lymphoma. According to some websites the fact that the nodes are not painful means there is a slightly greater change it is something more serious. I would appreciate all your answers. I admit I am a bit of a Hypochondriac :)

Also I forgot to add: I have no other symptoms of lymphoma (night sweats, loss of appetite, weight loss, fever, chills)
