Elevated Lymphocytes for 4 straight years

Hi, just have a question ... in the past 9 blood workups that I've had in the past 4 years all show elevated lymphocytes at 48+% (vs the 20% for all years past) ... and now the neutrophils are low in the past few blood workups.  My wbc is within the normal range but am feeling anxious that this is the beginning of CLL.  The only thing that makes me hope that it isn't is when I was 16 I did have mono and hope that maybe for some reason that my blood workup has changed in the past 4 years ... but I do feel it's maybe not possible since I'm now 52 and having elevated lymphocytes for such a long period of time would not be possible for mono, but then again anything is possible.  Anyway, please let me know your thoughts... thank you, SoManyFeelings
