Enchondroma in left femur with pain in that area including small bruise

So a recent MRI done of my pelvic and upper femur area was done due to low back pain. MRI showed L5/S1 divenerating along with a small central pertrusion on my L5 that might be the cause of my sciatica symptoms. MRI also found a 3mm mass possibly enchondroma in the left femur intertrochanteric area (there words). I was told not to worry about it. But of course I did research and have seen that these things could become problems. Around a month ago when I got the MRI I was having persistent pain on my upper left thigh in the upper and mid area. I am sure it’s the IT band but I am not sure. The pain has continued till this day and have have a small bruise. Should I get a second opinion?
