Heart Valves Malfunctioned and Rectosigmoid Cancer

Dear Doctors and specialists, my father has been diagnosed with heart valves (2nos) malfunctioned since early of year 2008. And he has been under medication (Warfarin) until now while waiting for the valve replacement operation which supposed to be by early of August 2010. Unfortunately, he has been dignosed with Colon cancer on early of July 2010, where the tumor size is about 2~3cm in diameter, 15cm from the anal. According to the specialist here, the tumor should be cut off and then continue with chemotheraphy. Whereby, when they have thoroughly checking on the cancer condition with CT scanning, there're cancer cells at his liver and abdomen. And the specialist has then advised us that my father has to go for chemotherapy to control the cancer cells at his liver and abdomen at first, as if the cancer cells are getting smaller than they will only cut if off. Further to this, we have seek an additional advice from another specialist, and he mentioned that the 3rd valve has started to malfunction. Thus, if they cut off the tumor at the colon at this time, there is a risk that my father would get paralysed or coma. As well, his heart might not be able to take such an operation procedure. Therefore, i'm sincerely requesting your expertise advises to me on how should we do now in order to cure my father illnesses. Thank you very much.
