Help!

I seriously think I have some type of cancer.. I'm 24 year old black female I don't smoke or drink and I have hpv.. Ever since I've been diagnosed with hpv a couple weeks ago I've been having cancer symptoms.. I have itchy feeling in throat and chest,. When I swallow it feels like a lump is there even though I can't see or feel a lump on the outside of my body.. My collor bones are sore to touch she aching.. My knee is also feeling weird and aching., does this sound like some type of cancer.. I also feel a little pain In one of my jaws and some chest pains

Thanks for the reply! Since then I have more symptoms and now I'm really convinced I have some type of cancer.. My anxiety is so bad I can't sleep at night and I'm a bit of a hypochondriac.. My pap was normal but positive for hpv

No but does sound like anxiety. I have health anxiety and its rough. I also have HPV and have had it for many years, all my paps so far have came out normal. If your pap was normal don't worry about cancer.
