High level Lymphocytes - previous cancer VIN

Hi there - my wife (58 years) had a VIN Stage 3 partially removed in December 2007.  During the same period she was also diagnosed with dilated cardiomyopathy.  I say partially removed because it seems there was a minute margin left.

Today she is under the care of a cardiologist and oncologist.  Also today she received some blood work back showing an increase in white cell count to 11.4 and in lymphocytes to 4.4 (38.1%).  Previous lymphocyte reading post surgery in 2007 was 2.2.

I fear that this may indicate a emergence of a fresh round of VIN or something similar.  As the specialists are some hours away from where we live I was wondering if we could get some advice please.
