Your cholesterol numbers are way too HIGH, you must do something to lower them.  There are many things you can do including weight management and diet and exercise, but some of us, me included, have to take a Staten drug (low cost) generics available)  drug to lower.  A combination may be the best.

Your treat is more heart/stroke problem than cancer.  But I offer the above here as this is where I find your post.

Congratulations on stopping smoking, please stick with it.
