If there was no break or hole in the condom then the risk of HIV transmission is low. However, if the vaginal fluids from a woman of uncertain or positive HIV status touched your penis then chances of HIV transmission are pretty high. In this case it is best to test for HIV at 1 month, three months and six months post exposure. Hope this helps. Take care!
