I Can't Afford To Find Out!

I am a 53 year old male who suffers daily from mid and lower back pain along with a very distended stomach and possible colon. I also have experienced in the past, on again off again night sweats. I also suffer from complete full bladder excessive urination. Even after reducing all of my liquid intake hours before I go to bed? I am also experiencing a slight burning and pinching sensation along with a very full feeling (swelling) under my testicle's in the prostate area. It also hurts during and after orgasm, it starts as a pulsating pain that turns into a burning feeling and then into a dull constant ache that can vary on intensity and length of time.  
I have no health insurance and no money for testing but in November of 2010 I had a prostate exam and my PSA levels checked at a reduced fee community clinic. A Nurse Practitioner diagnosed me with a "very large prostate" but with normal PSAs? She did prescribed me 10 day's of 500 mg Flagyl for possible acute bacterial or chronic prostatitis and then 90 days of 4mg of Doxazosinchronic for possible prostatitis "without infection" that could include asymptomatic inflammatory prostatitis but after treatment there is no change in my pain or condition? Any ideas?
