I am a little concerned

I'm 19 years old and I recently noticed a lump on what I can best describe as my "inner penis" it's located not necessarily on it as in outside but attached to it inside my scrotum. Now I tried lookin online but could only find info that said that it's probably a lymph node. I'm not too well informed so I was hoping I could get some profesional help. It isn't very big unless I get an erection an it seems to get harder and bigger as well. I don't experience any pain really except when I'm poking at it to see if it got bigger. As of now I have no health insurance so I'm almost definately unable to have a doctor look at it. I guess I'm just hoping to hear someone tell me that it's nothing to worry about. Please let me know if you know much about this.
