I'm very concerned

It all started April 12, 2007 , when I fell sick with Bronchitis after my husband was ill with Pneumonia . During this time I quit smoking cold turkey after 10 years of smoking, because it only irritated my lungs even more. I went to my doctor and he diagnosed me with Bronchitis. For months after my diagnosis the pains became more sparatic and didn't seem to connect with one another. My pains varied with the following.

Headaches that burnt , Dizziness, Jaw pain , Chest Pains, Rapid heart beats, body aches , neck pain.

Every time I visited my doctor or the E.R they diagnosed me with some thing new & gave me different medications each time. I finally had to drive to Oklahoma and make up and excuse of why I went and they preformed a Lung C.T and found a 3-4mm nodule on my right lower lobe of my lung. I came back to my home town and told my doctor of what they found so they sent me in for a C.T and sure enough the nodule was there. It had never been picked up on X-RAY before. They kept a close eye on it every 8 month there after. They said right now they aren't concerned because it did not show Pleural Effusions and didn't represent cancer. They said they will keep an eye on it  by me having a CT done once a year now.

In September of 2007 they also found a small nodule in my right breast, it was removed a week later and luckily the biopsy revealed it was not cancer.

The one thing that has kept me concerned though is the lymph nodes in my right side of my neck has been swollen for over two years now. I have been put on pretty much every antibiotic under the sun in the last two years & nothing has made the lymph nodes go away. It's like they swell really bad for a couple of weeks, dissapear and then come back.

My doctor is a residency doctor and she wants to preform a Biopsy in her office, this idea scares me because she came from Pakistan and was a O.B.G.Y.N there. She refuses to give me a referral to the E.N.T until after she does the biopsy in her office.

I have in two years seen over 10 different doctors, gotten over 100 different diagnosis and had even more testing done on me.

I have had the following done.

Chest C.T , MRI on the brain , Chest XRAYS, C.B.C , Lipid Count , Thyroid Test , Diabetes Test , Anemia Test and nothing has come back other than the two nodules in my lung and breast.

I know that the lymph nodes in the neck usually swell if there is some sort of infection, bacteria or viral issues. However, wouldn't the lymph nodes normally dissipate after being given so many antibiotics ? Do you think I have a reason to be concerned about Lymphoma or Lupus ? What would you do if your doctor was putting you through this ?
