International Second Opinion thru Skype

My Father was just diagnosed with Liver Cancer on his last biopsy.  We live in Honduras and would like to reach a doctor that could give us a second opinion thru Skype and that we could pay him/her with Credit Card.  We want a second opinion from a first class doctor that could reccomend next steps.  Please help!!
