Is Yellow Stool an Actual Symptom in Any Cancers?

From what I've read all over through google, I couldnt find yellow stools as a specific symptom of any cancers.  Is this true?

I have been taking a fiber powder for a while and noticed my stools when soft are yellowish. When hard are dark. Is this something to be concerned about or is the fiber affecting the color?

I believe I might have pancreatitis. I am an ex-alcoholic. My grandma had cancer of the pancreas. I hurt when I eat meat. Caffeine hurts me too. The pain is in my abdomen and all throughout my back. My stool is yellow during an attack of this pain. And my shoulders always hurt during these episodes. I have had many tests performed, including CT scans. Is pancreatitis elusive? Could it be evading tests?

Hi,

What symptoms do you have?
The bile salts secreted from the gall bladder give the stool its brownish color. Yellow stools generally indicate insufficient bile output like cholecystitis, gall stones, it can also indicate an intestinal infection like giardiasis when the stool passes very quickly through the intestine.
Other conditions that can cause yellow stools include hepatitis, pancreatitis or liver cirrhosis. It does not indicate cancer like you rightly mentioned.
