Is it lung cancer?

My started having a sore throat about the end of last year, and I saw that there were white dots on my throat ( the kind of dots I get sometimes in your mouth but it goes away in a few days), I went to a doctor a few times and he said it's no big deal. Then now I still see those dots on my throats and my lymph glands on both sides  are a bit swollen, my throat isn't in much pain tho, so I went to see a throats doctor and he did basic checkups on me, he didn't put any long tube or anything down my throat. He said its just my lymph, it's normal for one to have those dots. I learned that throat cancer can cause lump in throats feeling and stuff and I do feel that sometimes and I feel like my throat is tight sometimes too, however I suffer from anxiety disorder and tight throat, lump in throat sensations are part of the symptoms. Also, I notice that if I eat spicy or deep fried food, or sing for a long time, my throats will hurt a bit and there will be some red dots, and when I sing I notice that I can't reach some high notes that I used to be able to sing. I'm so anxious I don't know if this is normal or it's cuz I used to sing a lot and my throats is exhausted or hurt? Or is it something serious? Can somebody please help me.
