Is this testicular cancer?
I always get pain in my left testicle because I have a small cyst in my epididymis, I also have calcium deposits in both testicles so I get ultrasounds every year
But for the last 5 days I've been getting a lot of pain, at the start a bit just in the left testicle but now both testicles are sore and I have some lower back pain, I'm so worried this is cancer :((( could cancer come on that quick, my regular ultrasound is due next week and I'm so scared they're gonna tell me I have cancer I'm only 22!
