Jumping CEA during chemo

I had a resection and chemo for 6 months in 2003.  Was cancer free for 18 months and CEA level increased PET showed new tumor.  Did another 6 months of chemo, as soon as we stopped it raised again.  I am now on my 3 time of chemo after cea raised over 2 years and finally on PET/ct lymph nodes started lighting up.  I did cyberknife....no luck.  While on chemo CEA continues to raise at the rate of about 3 points a month.  Last month it jumped by 50 points.  This month 16 point jump.  It is now 86.  PET/ct every 2-3 months.  Last one showed slight improvement.  I just can't ignore the CEA although no one else seems concerned.  Any advice?
