LOW RBC and LOW WBC

I have had low RBC since 2012, and occasionally low WBC, what i mean occasionally, my ranges for abc can just get into normal range by 1 but always trends low. My HCT is never higher than 37 and HGB never higher than 12. My RBC count never higher than 4 and WBC never higher than 4.1. Has anyone encounter this before? I see a Hematologist next Wednesday. My symptoms are fatigue, weakness, bruising, hair falling out, very light headed, dizzy spells, blurred vision and headaches. Im a 32 yr old female.
