I am 26 year old male, 5 years of smoking and drinking history, few days back i took a deep look into my mouth and found the lingual tonsil, both the sides of the tongue look equal, both the lingual tonsils have a lesion equally placed, both of them are painless, but the right lesion has pustules in it and it is painless it looks a bit deep as well... could it be some infection or start of cancer ?
I went to the ENT and showed it to him, he gave me TeeJel gel to apply on it and also betadine gargles, its been 10 days its not affecting it. It is not healing...
I am suffering from dry mouth, lethargic, and stressed...
