Liver cysts

I just recently had some routine tests to check my bladder and kidneys and when I picked up the films and the written results it said that I had a decreased attenuation on the right lobe of my liver measuring 2.4 cm which was characterized as a hepatic hemangioma and the other one measured 0.3 cm in the dome of the right lobe of my liver, which said most likely a cyst, but too small to characterize.  What does this mean?  I go to the doctor for the results in a few days.
