Itchiness, burning, and pulling sensations are all things to be watched for. Same with rashes, skin discolorations, dimpling, and lumps. However, these don't automatically equate to cancer.
Some women have naturally lumpy breasts, nothing wrong with these lumps-they're still healthy breast tissues. However, because a lump CAN be breast cancer it's a good idea to talk to your dr about any changes. If this lump is new ask your dr to look at it. Although even if it is new it is probably due to the hormonal changes your body is currently undergoing. So right now, no reason to be afraid, just bring it up in your next appointment.
As far as the itchiness, your breast are likely growing. When skin stretched it starts to itch, that's normal. Use a good lotion with vitamin E. If this doesn't stop the itchy sensation talk to your dr to make sure nothing is wrong. Your breast are like any other skin tissues- it can get rashes and infections as easily as the rest of your body. So while itchiness can be a symptom of breast cancer, it is much more likely a skin issue and nothing to be afraid of. Keep a watchful eye on it and try lotions specifically for stretch marks.
