Lump left side throat quiet voice.

Im not sure why I never notice this before but the left side of my throat by adams apple is a different shape and slightly larger than my right side. Also, over the past couple of years my voice has been getting softer, and because of it I'm not as talkative and have become rather quiet. It seems I have to focus on opening that side of the throat to be able to do so. It does not vibrate when producing sound like my right side. I believe there's something not right I have no idea what it could be. Does anyone have any suggestions? It is not irritating or bothersome, just voice affecting.

Also I clear my throat often and sometimes I feel like I have to swallow more or harder on my left side like what I'm consuming gets stuck.
