Lymph node swelling

Yesterday I've discovered a lump under my right jaw line which I believe is a swollen lymph node. I've always had a very hard bean-shaped lymph node on the left side of my jaw about 1-2 cm in diameter, and now there's a elastic painless lump of about 5 cm in diameters on the right side. Before it developed I could hardly feel the lymph nodes on the right side of my jaw.

I've also been feeling progressively more tired the last month or month and a half, and I've had unsteady spreckles on both my arms a few times, some of the larger ones (I have hundreds in total) would become black and chipped, I could scratch them off, before they came back again. But they became steady once more after my allergies started picking up or after I've been sick.

Should I consult a doctor about the lump under my jaw based on this story? I've had a minor ear infection about 1-2 weeks ago, so I figured it might just be an after-effect of the infection.

CALL YOUR DOCTOR!!!!!!!!!! My stepdad had a lump under his jaw line- it grew pretty fast and he was also real tierd. His was getting larger though, is yours? Anyways he had lymphoma cancer and had to get Chemo and radiation. You can never be too cautious.

I have sheduled a doctor's appointment this Monday. I'll keep you updated.
I am 20 years by the way, and suffer from minor health issues such as allergies for which I have to take daily medication so I can breathe properly, and skin depigmentations I've had all my life which remind me of vitiligo, which is supposed to be an auto-immune condition. I've heard a bad functioning immune system is a predispositioning factor for tumor development, so I'm a bit concerned. Father told me today that it seems like I'm losing a lot of weight lately, even though my weight is stable. I have been eating a lot more, though, without gaining any weight.
