Malignant Phyllodes Tumor - Where is the best research being done?

Have not met the oncologist yet, but the phyllodes tumor was found in the breast.  Complete masectomy but concerned to be sure the pathology is read correctly.  Recommendation of best research facility since it is so rare for second pathology opinion?  

Any recommended questions we should be sure to ask?
