Mass in scrotum

Hi I have noticed a mass in my scrotum that is not my testicle. It is on the left side. I am starting to think it might be cancer because I feel a little pain/discomfort. Ive had it for about 6 months now. What do you guys think it could be?

You need to see a urologist and have an ultrasound done asap. If the mass shows up as solid it needs to be taken care of right away. The test is simple and will determine what it is your feeling.
