Mct???

Dr,
My 1 1/2 year old Chocolate lab had 9 mct's. 5 were grade 1 and 4 were low grade 2. All had an MI of 0.
Most of the margins were clean.
My question is this. Are multiple mct's more dangerous than 1? Is there something that I can do to prevent the recurrence ? Is the prognosis troubling?
