Megan's question??? Please help me answer this. Someone.

Could someone please help me figure out or tell me what it means for the back of your head to always hurt? Because on the right side of my head it alwaaays hurts and bothers me. It really worries me sometimes. I think I also might have a small lump alittle behind my right ear. I've tried taking tylenol, advil, everything for it. I can't seem to make it stop hurting. And I can't go to the doctor about it right now like I probably should or need to. But sometimes it hurts sooo bad to where it makes me feel dizzy like I want to pass out or it feels like a veeeery very sharp pain going thru my head I know it isn't bad migranes (migraines) because it's almost everyday it bothers me.
So can someone or anyone please help me answer my question!?!? I am worried about it and would like to figure out what this could possibly be. I would really appreciate it. Thanks guys. ;]

ive heard this before! im not sure if its the exact thing and i cant remeember what is called. but its when your spinal cord goes up 2 high in your neck near your brain it causes alot of pain and many headaches and discomforts. you should see a neck/head doctor and tell them everything. hope everything goes well!
