Metastic breast cancer
I had estrogen sensitive breast cancer 6 years ago with lymph involvement.  I had surgery, Chemo (TAC) and radiation.  I was on Arimidex for 5 years.  This Aug I was told it metastasized to my bones.  I have had radiation to femurs, pelvis and back.  I also had long gamma nail surgery to both femurs.  I have had 2 IV treatments of Pamidronate and am on aromasin daily.  The IV infusions keep me feeling like I will die before morning.  This lasts about 10 days and the leg and joint pain is intolerable.  Is this something that will give me a better quality and longer life?  I have just started walking on my own at home but feel like I could collapse easily.   Is there any chance I can get back to an independent lifestyle?  Thanks.
