Microcalcification with clusters

Hi, As I mentioned it earlier that my sister has “Micro Calcification” with Clusters in her right breast turned out be the Cancer and it is speeded all over the breast (9CM). They said it’s DUCTOL” and “Mastectomy” has to be done ASAP and then they will send it to the pathology test for the further evaluation. Can anyone please tell me what’s going on to her and the life span because she is just 36years old and the mother of 6years and 2 1/2 years old kids.

Some additional information:  The Tamoxifen not only increases the chances of survival, but also decreases the chances of cancer recurrence, that's why it's important to have this treatment if the cancer turns out to be hormone receptor positive.  Tamoxifen can reduce the recurrence rate from around 15-18% down to approximately 10% in ten years.
