Mole with fluid filled sac and hundreds of new moles

First of all I have been burnt numerous times while living in Florida.  I have used tanning beds A LOT in the past to camoflauge my chronic and severe inflamed redened acne.

I have hundreds of new moles grow all over and a few new moles that have become supicious along with other skin changes in the last few years.

I started to get new white bumps (milia?) all over my face.

I get new tiny bright red freckle type spots on skin all over but disapear after awhile.

I had new skin tags(stringy pieces of skin?) here and there on torso.

I have a few moles that have itched and became inflammed before and those few have become more concerning................................................
1) One round mole (bigger than pencil eraser)  with a fluid filled sac that covers the mole and it used to be all flat.
2) A few moles that are now raised with a black spot in middle.
3) One mole that sometimes feels like an insect bite or a sting and it has a white spot in the middle.

I also have hundreds of new moles that are tiny and differentiate and are irreguar.  It seems like some tiny ones are forming together into one.  Some are very black colored and a few are uneven colored or shaped.

I have had a lump/swelling come and go directly under my chin.   This seems to have started to occur after I became concerned of all my new moles.

The couple of moles that I was born with are not concerning to me at all.

I have not been loosing weight.

Am I just getting old and ugly earlier or does this seem like possible skin cancer?   I have an appointment to see a dermatologist (finnaly) but I don't trust them to do a thourough check for skin cancer while they are in such a hurry.

Thanks for the medical terms as they were actually a lot of help as they lead me to the "SkinSight" website with tons of pictures and details.

I decided to go to the State University Dermatology Center as I assume they are much more interested and thorough than the hurried & careless dermatologist down the street.

Trust them to do a good check. just don't leave their office until you are happy.

There are lots of odd moles that can turn up in older age. Look up senile warts, solar lentigos, neurofibromas, and angiomas. Good to get new ones checked over once though.

Take care. The fluid filled one sounds odd so make sure they look at that one.
