Oral cancer

Hey guys
Here's my atory short
Im 28 yrs old , smoker " pack aday " almost 5 months ago had a small tumer inside my mouth " lwer lip " and starting from there i had red dots on my tongue , ulcre all over my mouth , canker sores and white tongue and something like back on my cheek plate like a patch and theres like a line between this patch and the tumer which i can feel by my tongue ! and all these symptoms exist till now

Had like 6 neative hiv teste last one was 16 weeks after my last exposure

I visited a dr today ENT and he seemd surprised and said CT scan then 2 sec he changed his mind to a MRI face and cheeks !!

My questions are

1 what are my chances to have oral cancer after smoking for over than 10 yrs ?
2 am i right seeing the dr right now or i'v had visit him earlier !?
  


Duno what to say ,, any advice will be highly appreciated.

In case i forgot everything please ask me and i'll respond asap

I made some new testes and here are the results

Hepatitis C third generation negative

Blood and urine sugar
Blood was 90 random
Urine was Nil

Complete blopd picture


Hemoglobin 13.2 ref 14-18
Red blood cells 4.7 ref 4.5-5.5
Haemtocrite 39.8 ref 40-52 im worry about this one
Blood indices
Mch 28 ref 27.5-32
Mcv 85 ref 78-94
Mchc 33.2 ref 32-36%
platelets count 162000 ref 150000-400000
White blood cell count 5100 ref 4000-11000
Total polymorphs 45 ref 40-70%
staff 3%
segmented 42
Lymphocytes 45 ref 20-40% why im high here !!
Monocytes 8 ref 3-5% high here as well
Basophils 0 ref <1-2% is 0 low ???
eosinophlis 2 ref 2-3%

Im still waiting on the rest of my tests but why i have high lymphocytes and high monocytes while having low basophils ?

Mmm is that true ? Coz i heared that Mri is better than CT scan

If you think it could be oral cancer then you should see a dentist (they are trained to diagnose oral cancer) or  maxilofacial surgeon and have a biopsy.  MRI will not look inside your mouth!  More at the bones and muscle and stuff.

It sound more like an infection to me, I think oral cancer is like a rough patch that grows bigger and bigger
