PLEASE HELP ME, IM GOIN CRAZY

hi im 23 yrs old with a 5 yr old child, about 3 years ago i was getting discharge and pain from my right breast and pain in my arm, i then saw a breast examiner at local hospital and he said it was periductal mastitis, as i was smoking between 20-30 a day, i have suffered with this for a long time now, about 4 months ago, i found out i was pregnent, two weeks later i was feeling really ill but no symtoms of such just felt ill in myself with pains in my legs, got so servere, doctor said i had a viral infection and sent me home, two weeks later i lost blood and had a miscarriage, i went back to the doctors and had cbc blood tests, i was then told i had parvo viral infection, and that caused the miscarriage, by then the mastitis had started back up, went back into hospital and doctor said my lymph node is up on the side of my chest, next to my breast, he also found thickening and said dont worry, he is 99.5% sure its not cancer, which i have been scared of, he sent me in for a scan to reasure me, and the nurses said that i had over active breast tissue. im still getting pains in my left leg, and have noticed small lumps behind the front of my leg above the knee, on the bone the goes up the leg, and they are quite painfull at times, doctor felt them and said he thought they were lynth nodes but there not, and another doc said they were fluid, but had more blood tests to check for infection, clotting and inflamation, thay come back clear. i have had about 4 cbc blood tests since i had parvo and they all come back clear, but sometimes i still dont feel right and i would like to have my mind put at rest as to what these lumps are in the back of my leg. please could you help me...

I agree, you need to go to a good cancer doctor.  The GP's are good to a point, but it sounds like you are past their expertise.  Make sure the cancer doctor you choose is a good one...there are quacks out there as well.

I tend to get worried when I hear a diagnosis of mastitis in a non-lactating woman that just doesn't get better.  IBC - inflammatory breast cancer - often goes undiagnosed because it so closely mimics mastitis.  IBC grows in sheets rather than lumps, which renders the usual breast screening techniqes, like mammograms, useless.  If your breast(s) is red, swollen, and has kind of an orange-peel texture, get a biopsy done sooner rather than later.

Hi,
It is high time that you consult a surgical oncologist. The lumps in your breasts should be throughly checked .A biopsy will help to find the nature of the lump.
Discharge from the lump is not a healthy symptom.Consult your gynaecologist.
A MRI/CAT scan will help too. Please try to avoid smoking when you conceive, smoking is injurious not only to you but to the baby in your womb too, remember that. .
Check your Progesterone/Estrogen levels in the blood.
Goodluck
