I have had hemorrhoids like you state.  They are much better after I lost weight.  But I would get some surface anti-inflammatory cream, and get some stool softeners to take for awhile.  Both can be obtained over the counter.   You should notice a difference in a few weeks.

Hi.  What you have described seems to be hemorrhoids more than anything else. Hemorrhoids are veins in the anal area which dilate and prolapse, causing pain and swelling. Of course, the only way to be sure that this is indeed your condition is to have yourself checked by a doctor.  Is this cancer?  Probably not. Cancer in the anal area usually presents as a solid mass, not a fluid filled lump.
