Painless Enlarged Lymph Nodes

Hello there , Im Raphael from Philippines. Im 14 years old and i have a large , bean sized thing on my left lower part of my neck ,near the bone . Also in my neck . I have them for about 5 years.They never get small. I had nosebleeding many times and my mom told me I get nosebleeds because of changing weather conditions which idont believe. The lymph nodes are just about the size of my pointer finger. I would like to ask what kind of ill or thing am i experiencing. Sorry for the bad english :)

Well, without a clinical evaluation it would be difficult or determine the cause of the swollen lymphnodes. Likely possibilities include infections/ inflammations or rarely malignancies. It would be best to get this evaluated by a primary care physician at your earliest convenience for an accurate diagnosis and appropriate management.
