Pheochromocytoma Concern

I have had a 24/7 headache for 16 months.  Woke up one day with the headache, elevated blood pressure, sweats, palpitations, and fatigue.  Other than the headache, which is always there, the other symptoms come and go sometimes throughout the day and sometimes I can go a few days before they become bothersome.  I get light headed and have blurred vision at times.  I have been worked up by cardio and my heart is in great shape.  On 2 BP meds and still get spikes of high BP.  The headache varies in intensity and so does the flushing, sweats, lightheadedness.  I have taken a 24 hour urine test and the results Catecholamine:  Epinephrine 3.3 (Reference 0-20),
Norepinephrine 134 (Ref 15-80) and fractionated Metanephrines:  Normetanephrine 670ug/24h and total metanephrines 762ug/24h.  the Metanephrine level was normal.

My internist called today to tell me that my labs were normal.  I know the norepinephrine is high, so wouldn't this warrant more testing.  I was on the tail end of the episode because by the time I got to the doctor I was feeling less sweats and palpitations.  I just do not want to look over this if it could be an issue, but do not want to dwell on it if it is not likely a cause.  I have been dealing with this for 16 months and I am exhausted, want my life back.  Got 5 young kids and no time to be sick.
