Please I want some quick replies, please be sure with your answer

My elder brother was having some problems from last 3 months, he was having problems in his penis. When he pees, blood comes out, but not that much crude. He has no pain, nor burning nor any other kind of irritating sensation in that organ. Neither he has any vomitting, dizziness, sleeplessness, or lose of appetite, or pain in the stomach or any other kind of problems. Only that one. So he consulted a doctor and made some check ups mentioned by the doctor, but nothing serious was found. So when the doctor saw nothing found in the report, he said that maybe there is cancer in the penis. Is that so? Can anybody please reply and help? Doctors also give your suggestions please.
