Possible Cancer?

I am a 30 year old African female. I recently received the results of my CBC test and the WBC is 2.3 which seems way below the normal 4.0-10.5, does this mean I have cancer?

I have been suffering from chronic back pain since the birth of my 4 year old, i use contraceptive pills and have had 2 miscarriages. Other than that I haven't felt sick since, expect for fatigue which i always attributed to my busy work schedule. What should I do next?

Thanks,
--Irene

Leukopenia (low/decreased white blood cells) can be from many different things.  Your doctor can check for these.  It is not necessarily cancer, but that's one of the possibilities.  Infections are a common possibility.  White blood cells can be low from either:
1) not being produced enough by your bone marrow
2) being destroyed
3) being sequestered (stored) outside the bloodstream (e.g. spleen)

Many different reasons cause these 3 different mechanisms.
