Possible Penile Cancer? *WARNING: PICTURES INCLUDED*

Hello, I am 17 years old (virgin) and I am afraid I could have Penile Cancer. First of all, I think I might have phimosis (were the foreskin is too tight and you can't pull it back to uncover your gland easily) and I just fully pulled my foreskin some days ago, and I finally saw my gland uncovered for the first time in my life.

So, I pulled the foreskin back and it had some white stuff (smegma I think?) which smelled horrible, like rotten fish. I cleaned it off with warm water. The thing is that I realize that there are some protuberances near the end of the gland (no larger than 1mm) that do not itch, hurt, burn or anything. They are just there but they scare me.
Also there are some very small and slight elevated protuberances on the higher part of the gland.  
I remember some time ago (months) that I think I masturbated too hard, and some small red stains like blood appeared on my top part of the gland. It might be just irritation because it went away after some hours, but it still worried me.

Now the three big questions.

1) I've got those small red protuberances near the tip. No pain, itch, irritation or anything. Could it be penile cancer?

2) I got some larger protuberances (just a little bigger), like on the end of my gland, near the corona (I'm not sure what's the name of the place). Also that part of my penis is of a different color, is darker than the tip of the gland. Could it be penile cancer? Or it may be product of the lack of hygiene during all this years because I didn't pull back my foreskin?

3) I've got a small zit like protuberance in the upper half of the shaft. I have pop'd it and some white stuff came out (like pimples). It regenerates after some time. Is it just a zit or could it be part of Penile Cancer?
I am about to ask a doctor, just to be sure, but I would first like to hear some suggestions before using the money.
