Your symptoms could be signs of Glaucoma as well. I had similar ones and suddenly glasses were needed when I didn't need any. I lost vision but didn't go blind, thankfully.
Get your eyes checked!
I don't want to alarm you, but I would ask your doctor to give you an MRI immediately!! Let me tell you a story...my mom always had headaches, dull, mild headaches. She was always tired, & as years went by, she was either working or sleeping. Then, her vision seemed to be a little off, so she went to the eye doctor. They gave her eyeglasses. When she came home, she said it was like the glasses were to strong. She called the eye doctor, they told her that her eyes had to adjust to them. about a month later, she still felt these glasses were to strong, but her headaches were also getting worse. She finally called her family doctor, who said he thought she had sinus issues, so he sent her for an MRI. (I was with her when she got the MRI). Now if you have ever had an MRI, you know that they do not give you your results there. They just tell you that your doctor that ordered it will get the results in a few days. Anyways, when my mom was done with her test, they told her to go back to her family doctor right away. She assumed that her sinuses were really bad! When we got to her family doctor, they took her right in, sat us down & explained that they found a huge tumor on her brain!! My mom was having radiation on her brain less then two weeks later after they did some tests & found it to be cancerous. My mom lost her battle 10 months later. My point is, it may just be a headache & normal visual change, but it is better to be safe then sorry! And, PLEASE, don't think you are too young to have any serios problems, a friend of mine just underwent a surgery to remove cancerous tumors from her brain, face & neck.....she is only 31 years old!!! PLEASE, call your doctor!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It sounds like nothing to me really. A few headaches, not that bad. You said your glasses help you and that you are wearing them more. How long since you went to eye doctor? You mentioned panic attacks. These can come on at about your age because people your age often have big changes in their lives, such as graduating, attending college, moving from home, getting married, etc. Find a good doctor and talk to him/her about everything. I'm sure you are okay, probably just stressing out over your "symptoms." I did the same thing at your age. I got lots of headaches all the time and I was scared to death that I had a brain tumor, and that was 30 years ago. Go talk to a good doctor who will put your mind at ease. Good Luck.
