Post Chemo - severe neuro sensation

Post -chemotherapy severe neuro sensations in hands & feet.

  Last year I was diagnosed for gastric cancer in my stomach. Thank God ! however, my cancer lump in my stomach has been completely disappeared after prayers to the Lord with the Word of God Romans 8:11 and
through my oncologists’ sincere treatment of six cycle of the chemotherapy with 5-Flurouracil, Oxaliplatin, Leucovorin by infusion for three months and then Capecitabine 500mg pills after then.

Now I have severe neuro burning and piercing sensations on my hands and two feet with the numbness and very pain in my right lower part of leg in 2008 after three months of chemo infusion over. I visited my oncologists three times asked to help me to release this severe neuro sensations – but they only prescribed B-6 or B12 a little bit, yet it has not given any difference yet!

I would highly appreciate it if you could help me to release this neuro painful sensations after chemotherapy.

Hi.  there's a drug which might be effective in controlling those painful sensations.  It's called gabapentin (neurontin).  Ask your doctor about it so he can give you a prescription.
