Post operative Carcinoid tumor in ileum

Hi!  I had a resection of my bowel 4 1/2 years ago due to carcinoid tumor in ileum.  2 out of seven lymphnodes showed spread.  I have had CGA's done every 3 months.  They have been fluctuating normal to abnormal over the past few months.  My octreo scans have been normal.  My latest CT scan of my abdomen shows a bilobed in my duodeum.  Could this be the start of a carinoid.  If I have lymph node involvement, does that mean that a carcinoid tumor will return at some point.  I am female and 55 years old.
