Previous Cancer, now fibroadenoma - worry?

I have previously had Breast cancer in my left breast and now after a mammogram and ultrasound they have discovered a fibroadenoma in by right breast against my chest wall. What should I expect them to do about this seeing as I have had cancer before?

Thank you DrVinod!
I have calmed down somewhat today and will deal with it as advised. I have never had children, my father died of breast cancer and am already starting menopause, a history of breast cancer in the other breast... so with all these factors I am guessing that they will take it out as it may be a risk?

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Fibroadenomas are  the most common benign tumours of the female breast.
Most of them are not cancerous and not dangerous.
They occur after renal transplantation and usage of some drugs mostly.
They are hormonally related and they increase in size during: later part of period, breast feeding and decrease in size and completely regresses also after menopause.

As you had an history of cancer in your left breast there is a chance of cancer developing after the fibroadenoma so i suggest you to go ahead with the treatment adviced by the clinician.
